Time for yoga! Today we will introduce you the Warrior I Pose. It can train the lower part of our bodies so it especially suit those ladies who have to sit at office all day long.
3. Warrior I Pose / Virabhadrasana I
Stand straight and step your feet 3~4 feet apart. Exhale and bend your knee in the front. Inhale and raise your arms straight above your head. Open your shoulders and chest. Hold the pose for few seconds.
By practising this pose, you can strengthen your lower body and relaxing your body and mind.
