Hi all! It's time for yoga lesson again. Last time we have introduced Camel pose. Have you try at home? This time we would like to introduce another simple yoga pose - Chair Pose.
2. Chair Pose / Utkatasana
Stand erect with your feet slightly apart. Inhale and hold your hands above your head. Exhale and bend your knees just like sitting on the chair. Sinking down but ensure that your knees do not go beyond your toes.
Chair Pose tones the thigh, ankle, leg and knee muscles. It also balances the body and build determination in the mind.
